LiteBlue, the new remote support service from Ingenuity IT was launched recently. This innovative service promotes remote relationships between clients and engineers by providing the ability to choose which engineer you deal with, provide feedback about your support experience and choosing the same or different engineer when you use the service again. By providing a choice of communicating using CHAT, telephone (using 0800 number) or E-Mail, and giving Engineers an online ‘presence’ (meaning you can see if they are available) LiteBlue facilitates the building of long lasting relationships between client and engineer.
The service is provided in two ways, Pay As You Go and LiteBlue One. Pay As You Go is aimed at occasional clients and LiteBlue One is designed for small enterprises that want to get support when their team need it and manage their costs by purchasing support by the hour. For convenience both services are charged by the minute and payment is made by using credit card giving ultimate flexibility.
